At the Knowhow Customer Contact Centre we employ over 1,500 colleagues here in Sheffield and have sales, delivery, technical support and customer service teams all under one roof. The Knowhow Customer Contact Centre handles every customer end-to-end, right the way through the life-cycle of their purchase providing support where possible.
Whilst we work to our best ability to support each and every customer, we are also committed to the local community and proudly support local charities such as the Sheffield’s Children Hospital.
